Dear Members,

The Executive Board of Directors of the National Association of Healthcare Transport Management (NAHTM) regretfully announce the resignation of Bobby Williams as Vice President.  In November, 2013, Bobby was appointed Vice President for NAHTM before being elected to the role in October, 2014.  We are grateful to Bobby for the countless hours, expertise and commitment he contributed to NAHTM.

The Executive Board is pleased to appoint Peggy Theile as Vice President, effective immediately.  Peggy’s appointment is governed by the terms and conditions of Section C3 of NAHTM’s Bylaws given below:

“If an Executive Committee member resigns or, is removed from their position prior to the end of their term and there is 6 months or more  prior to the commencement of the annual conference, the President will appoint a qualifying member to complete the term of office.”

Peggy’s appointment will expire at the conclusion of the 2016 Annual Conference where the position of Vice President will be voted on by the membership. Peggy is Senior Manager, Operations Brand Support – Patient Transport at Sodexo.  She provides brand development and strategic support for the Patient Transportation Solution.  With over 15 years’ experience in Patient Transport Services, Peggy leads a National Transport Brand team to create effective, strategic and creative solutions that have significant outcomes for hopsitals.  Peggy provides support to the on-site Transport teams, ensuring that they have the latest Transport tools, technology and product enhancement information to drive service excellence, patient satisfaction and safety.

We sincerely appreciate Bobby’s contributions to NAHTM and look forward to Peggy’s leadership as Vice President. Please join us in thanking Bobby and welcoming Peggy to the Executive Board.
